INTRODUCTION

Pymen Cables manufactures the complete range of PVC insulated flexible cables and cords covered under IS 694 — every size, every core count, made in-house.

Built on annealed copper conductors with high-grade PVC insulation, our flexible cables bend where they need to, hold up to vibration and daily handling, and keep performing year after year in homes, offices, panels, and plants.

Our conductors are electrolytic grade annealed bare copper, bunched, and stranded to Class 5 flexibility as per IS 8130. Insulation is lead-free, high-grade PVC. In multi-core cables, the cores are colour-coded, laid up, and protected with a tough PVC outer sheath (all as per relevant IS specifications). Every cable is ISI marked under our BIS licence.

  • Every lot tested** for **conductor resistance, insulation thickness, insulation resistance, and high voltage withstand. Test certificates travel with every dispatch.

APPLICATIONS

Finely stranded copper lets these cables take repeated bending without conductor fatigue, while resisting abrasion, ageing, oils, acids, alkalis, and moisture. FR and FRLS grades do not support combustion and are self-extinguishing.

Internal wiring of buildings, distribution boards, switchboards, and control panels— anywhere tight conduit runs and terminations demand a cable that routes easily.

Motors, pumps, submersible sets, lifts, machine tools, and portable equipmentsubject to movement or vibration.

Domestic and commercial wiring, lighting circuits, earthing connections, and appliance leads.

Heavy sizes up to 300 sq. mm for panel interconnections, busbar tap-offs, and generator and transformer terminations.

FRLS grades for hospitals, hotels, airports, metros, data centres, malls, and high-rise buildings, where low smoke during a fire is the difference in a safe evacuation.
